Check your ZIP code and review the visit fee and terms. Pay $99.99 securely through Square; any applicable tax is collected separately at your visit. This online flow is for out-of-warranty service.
Confirm your visit
After payment, enter your service details and choose an available arrival window. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive your work order number.
Follow your repair
Track your work order online. Your $99.99 diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved repair for the same appliance. Additional repair work requires your approval.

When is my online appointment confirmed?
Paying the visit fee does not hold a time. After payment, complete your service details, choose an available appointment and select Confirm my appointment. Your visit is confirmed when you see your work order number and appointment window. For warranty service or help booking, contact our office.
What information should I have ready?
Having your appliance brand, model number, and serial number available helps our team prepare for your visit and speeds up the process.
How do I check the status of an existing repair?
Use the Work Order Status page with your order number, or call our office at (754) 324-7333 during business hours.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm ET. We are closed on Sundays.
