Before Your Appointment

Adult Required

An adult (18 years or older) must be present throughout the entire service appointment.

Clear Access

Please ensure the appliance is easily accessible. Remove any obstacles such as laundry, furniture, boxes, cleaning supplies, toys, and storage items.

Secure Pets

For the safety of everyone, please keep pets in a separate room during the service visit.

Appliance Location

If your appliance is located inside a cabinet, closet, garage, laundry room, or another confined space, ensure there is sufficient room for the technician to work safely.

Describe the Problem

Be prepared to explain what issue you are experiencing, any error codes displayed, when the problem started, and any previous repairs.

Model & Serial Number

If available, have your appliance model and serial number ready.

02

During Your Appointment

Safe Work Area

Please keep children and pets away from the technician's work area at all times.

Diagnostic Process

Our technician may need to disconnect electrical power, shut off water valves, move the appliance when necessary, and perform electrical and mechanical testing. Please allow them to complete diagnostics without interruption.

Repair Time

Some repairs can be completed during the first visit. Others may require ordering manufacturer-approved replacement parts.

Additional Findings

If additional issues are discovered, the technician will explain them before proceeding.

03

Service Limitations

Our technicians cannot:

Modify plumbing systems
Perform electrical rewiring
Remove countertops or cabinetry
Perform carpentry work
Move appliances that may cause injury or property damage
Perform work outside the approved service authorization

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

If your building, condominium, or residential community requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to request the COI in advance may result in the appointment being rescheduled.

Electrolux / Frigidaire Warranty Service

If your appliance is covered under the manufacturer's one-year warranty, a valid proof of purchase or sales receipt must be available on the day of service. Without proof of purchase, warranty coverage cannot be verified, and the service may be rescheduled or billed directly to the customer.
